It is absolutely mandatory that Management keeps our planet balanced.

That is the Way of the Universe.

We are not alone.

Nothing happens by random chance.

Everyone is growing spiritually whether they realize it or not, regardless of how many times they may repeat the same lessons.

The balance that Management provides for us means that we can equally look for the positive, and find it, as the negative.

The more negative things happen, the more positive breakthroughs must be allowed to occur.

And the negative will never be allowed to overtake the positive under any circumstances.

The changes we do see on Earth are a necessary part of the growth pains involved in this process.

As long as you remain in fear, the negative plans still have a chance of working out.

If you wake up, lose the fear and understand the real story, then you are on the winning side -- and your life can be an ever-increasing bounty of blessings, goodwill and spiritual growth.

This is a war of frequency.

The frequency being fought over is your consciousness.

Will you exist in love, or in fear?

Either way is a choice.

And the choice you make has a direct, resonant effect upon the entire planet.

Live in godly ways, says Matthew.

There's no need either for esoteric studies, trips to the Himalayas, belonging to spiritual groups, attending instructional seminars or workshops, or establishing prayer rituals; however, if you feel strongly attracted to any of those and you have the time and resources to engage in them, by all means follow your heart in those matters.

Know that there is no separation between you and God or with all other souls in this universe.

Trust your intuition, the messages from your soul to your consciousness.

Let the love in your soul radiate out to the universe.

Love, the most powerful force in the cosmos, can be expressed in limitless ways, but it must start with self-love that comprises self-respect, self-worth and self-confidence.

Live in harmony with Nature.

Quiet times in solitude—meditation, if you will—is food for the soul.

So is music that inspires or soothes, and the light in a genuine smile has incalculable ripple effects for self and those whose lives you touch.

Forgive self and others, see a situation from others' perspectives, cherish beautiful memories and let go of those that are hurtful.

Lettre A Mon Fils Fahd Et A Ses Ami(es)

Je tiens à exprimer mes vifs remerciements aux initiateurs du groupe créé chez Facebook A La Mémoire De Mon fils Fahd Benyoussef décédé le Samedi 7 Novembre 2009 dont le nombre de membres qui l'ont rejoint témoigne de l'estime dans laquelle était et est toujours tenu mon fils aîné Fahd.

Je voudrais à cette occasion livrer quelques enseignements tirés de la longue et difficile épreuve vécue par Fahd à travers sa maladie qui aura duré un peu plus de 3 années.

Fahd aura compris tardivement l'importance et le rôle de l'esprit dans sa capacité à influer sur la matière.

Je m'explique et Fahd aurait aimé partager avec vous ce qu'il a fini par assimiler au prix d'une longue et pénible souffrance.

Il est d'une haute importance pour les bien - et les mal - portants de chasser la peur et le stress.

La première attire l'objet de la peur telle qu'une quelconque maladie ou n'importe quel événement.

Le deuxième génère la maladie ou le malaise.

Il est aussi vital de toujours anticiper le meilleur et non le pire.

Ne jamais imaginer des scénarios catastrophes.

Il est toujours préférable de dérouler des films dans sa tête qui soient aussi agréables et joyeux que possible.

La science et la spiritualité sont arrivées à la conclusion que l'on peut influer sur notre ADN via notre coeur qui est un puissant appareil électro-magnétique et après l'aval de notre tête.

Notre subconscient fait le reste puisque c'est lui qui donne les instructions à nos cellules pour s'ajuster à nos desiderata, lesquelles sont douées d'une intelligence divine.

Il suffit de parler à notre corps à travers notre coeur.

Il faut toujours le tranquilliser et faire confiance à sa capacité à s'auto-réguler et à s'auto-guérir.

Je tiens aussi à rappeler quelques règles simples qui sont de véritables lois universelles - divines diraient certains.

La gratitude envers ce que vous possédez à l'instant présent : la vie, la santé, les relations, l'amour...

Le pardon envers vos erreurs et envers celles que les autres auraient pu commettre à votre encontre : blessures, coups durs, tromperies, railleries...

Je m'arrêterai là pour l'instant.

J'espère avoir un tant soit peu contribué à l'élévation de la spiritualité de ce groupe car comme l'avait enfin compris notre regretté Fahd, sa mission sur notre belle planète Terre était de susciter grâce à sa maladie la compassion, l'amour, la fraternité, la solidarité et l'ascension vers les plus hautes sphères de la spiritualité.

Negative thoughts don’t need to become negative words.

The moment you speak something outright it takes on a whole new meaning and a whole new energy.

If you don’t like what you’re experiencing start changing your words.

We prophesize the future by the words we speak in the now.

Our words are always a self fulfilling prophecy.

Don’t plant negative seeds – only prophesize the good and the intention of good.

You can cancel out the Universe’s best laid plans by your own negative words and negative musings.

Death and life are the power of your words.

You will have what you say.

Your words are going to give life to exactly what you’re saying.

It’s better to say nothing than to say something negative.

Negative words cancel out God’s plan – you’re cursing your future – you’re cursing your life with your words.

These ruptures are the solar flares and emissions from the sun.

The sun is changing and emitting more light.

Much like going from a 75 watt bulb to a 150 watt bulb.

This changes our DNA and activates the dormant codes within it to begin the transmutation of our bodies from carbon-based to crystalline-based.

Though uncomfortable, this transmutation is necessary to move into a higher dimension i.e., 5D.
